
Packed with over 36g of protein this Scrambled Oats breakfast is perfect to keep you full for a whole morning.
Ingredients:
1) 40g Oats
2) Medium Banana
3) One Egg
4) 1 Scoop of Optimum Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein
5) 1 tsp Baking Powder
Method:
1) Mash the banana in a bowl with a fork
2) Add in the egg
3) Mix in the dry ingredients and stir into a consistency of batter.
4) Heat 1 tsp of neutral oil in a frying pan (I used coconut Oil)
5) Add the mixture and cook until you see little bubbles at the top. Use a spatula to break up and flip the mixture into pieces. Like you would do when making scrambled eggs.
6) Once the scrambled oat pieces are browned, transfer onto a serving dish.
I served my Oats with 1/2 Milbona Vanilla Protein Pudding, a handful of blueberries, raspberries and a pinch of flaked almonds.
